Operational Delivery Network Board
The Lancashire and South Cumbria ODN Board is a strategic group of executive and other senior personnel with interest and expertise in supporting the ODNs’ aims, outcomes and development of both Critical Care and Major Trauma services.
Membership consists of representatives able to authorise actions, plans and commit resources on behalf of their respective organisations. Collectively they provide clear direction and leadership for the ODN team working for critical care, major trauma and paediatrics services. They facilitate strategic service development to improve care in these specialty areas by ensuring that care provision is considered as part of the whole hospital system.
The ODN Board is jointly Chaired by Kevin McGee (CEO, Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust) and Dr Ian Stanley (Deputy Medical Director, East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust)
