The Operational Delivery Network (ODN)
In January 2019 the Critical Care and Major Trauma Networks merged to become the Lancashire & South Cumbria Critical Care and Major Trauma Operational Delivery Network. It works closely with other Critical Care, Trauma and Burns Networks to identify and address issues which impact across clinical pathways regionally and nationally.
The ODN takes a whole system approach to ensuring the delivery of safe and effective services across the Lancashire and South Cumbria region in order to provide valuable expertise, advice and facilitation for and between its stakeholders.
